Customer Service Representative
Pay: $20-24 DOE
This position is: Hourly, Full-Time, 100% in office
Print NW is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
We're looking for a high-energy person who is professional & committed to learning our process from start to finish. We operate at a swift pace, and candidates will need to be great at multitasking. Commercial printing experience is a bonus but not required for this position.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring scheduled due dates are met
• Maintain constant communication with sales and customer
• Communicating with Sales Reps to ensure customer needs are met.
• Communicating with customers
• Getting proof approval
• Communicating possible issues and providing possible resolutions

Minimum Requirements:

• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote are used daily, so proficiency in these programs is essential.
• High level of accuracy, exceptional organization skills, and keen attention to detail
• Reliable attendance, excellent communication skills, and being a team player are all necessary!
• Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and productivity
