Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, screening and directing phone calls and emails
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Maintain confidential information and files in a professional manner
- Provide front desk support and greet visitors
- Driving for CEO and company clients if necessary
- Daily filming CEO's life and editing if necessary
- Managing and engage with the CEO's social media profiles.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment
- Experience with Outlook Calendar and DocuSign
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- videography/filming experiences needed, willing to learn
- Social media management experiences needed.
