Prime Matter Labs is Hiring a Senior Accountant Near Miami, FL
- Accounts Payable:
- Liaison to external vendor accounting departments
- Manage vendor invoices for accuracy, seek approvals, classify & record invoice, and prepare weekly vendor payments
- Reconcile credit card payments, reconcile bank accounts
- Accounts Receivable:
- Send proforma & final invoices to customers
- Track and manage customer deposits
- Release orders for shipment based on customer account status
- Reconcile bank accounts.
- Manage monthly Customer statements
- Monthly Close
- Prepare and enter intercompany journals entries
- Prepare and enter monthly accruals
- Reconcile and bank and balance sheet GL accounts
- Review Balance Sheet and P&L for accuracy and commentary
- Other ad hoc duties as required (audit, HR administration, etc)
- Accounting or related degrees.
- 10 years of experience in accounting, or auditing
- ERP experience and/or Sage X3 experience a plus.
- Strong written, verbal communication
- Must have full working knowledge of P&Ls, balance sheet, and cash flow financial statements interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
