PrideStaff is Hiring a Customer Support Representative Near Fort Lauderdale, FL

PrideStaff on behalf of a client is looking for a Customer Support Representative in the Broward County Area! This individual will provide product/service information and resolve customer accounts' issues seamlessly and professionally.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Serving customers via phone and email by providing product and service information
  • Resolving product and service problems and processing orders/returns.
  • Answering product and service questions via phone and email and suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Multi-tasking, attention to detail, time management, and being well-organized are skills that will better assist in completing the duties at hand.
  • Always maintain a positive and empathetic attitude
  • Previous experience in Customer Care is a must
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a PLUS!

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Candidates must have the flexibility to work weekends when needed.

Must be willing to submit to a Background check and Drug test.
