Holt Family Christmas Trees in Woodland Hills, CA is looking for customer service representatives to join our 100 person strong team. We have multiple locations including our Woodland Hills location (6543 Corbin Ave), Burbank location (4201 Magnolia Blvd), No. Hollywood location (4452 Laurel Canyon Blvd.), and Granada Hills location (16940 Devonshire & Balboa)

Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.

Our Sales Representatives are important in helping our customers receive a positive experience while they shop and coordinating the checkout process for each customer they work with. There are specific duties that our Sales Representatives are responsible for each shift.

Responsibilities

*Greet customers and make them feel at home *Answer any questions the customers may have *Assist Customers in preparing their orders *Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment *Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

*Friendly and positive attitude *Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments *Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have *Good communication skills with customers
