Our client is a leading global supplier of hardware and related components in aerospace and is looking for a Client Services Coordinator.
Job Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary contact for clients and coordinate customer needs with internal teams
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and online chat in a timely and helpful manner
- Process and track client's orders from receipt to delivery
- Monitor and resolve any client issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate records of all client communications and transactions
Skills Required :
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers and customer relationship management systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure
- Minimum 1-year experience
