Receptionist / Office Assistant needed in Sunrise

PrideStaff is seeking a Receptionist / Office Assistant to do data entry for reports and answer phones and assist with other administrative tasks in the office.

If you are computer savvy, great with Microsoft office suite, and love learning, this job is for you.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist / Office Assistant :

• Answer phones and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Welcome guests with a positive and friendly demeanor.
• Create and maintain folders in the system
• Properly responded to incoming emails and requests
• Assist with daily reports by transferring information to the system

Qualifications of the Receptionist / Office Assistant : :

• Previous office administration experience
• Be able to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A pleasant demeanor and customer service-oriented
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Proactive

Must be willing to submit to a Background and Drug Test,
