Position: Orthodontic Front Office Coordinator (Bilingual - English/Spanish)
Are you a dynamic individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills? American Pediatric Dental Group is on the lookout for a talented Orthodontic Front Office Coordinator to join our team and be the welcoming face between our Plantation and Coral Springs offices.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (a must).
- Flexibility to travel between Plantation and Coral Springs offices.
- Previous customer service experience, dental or medical front desk preferred.
Schedule:
- Monday and Tuesday - Plantation office.
- Two Saturdays per month -Plantation office.
- Wednesday and Friday - Coral Springs location.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for the Orthodontic team.
- Manage front office duties, including answering phones and maintaining patient records.
- Travel between Plantation and Coral Springs offices as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
