Position Overview

As the inaugural Recruiter/HR Generalist for Prestonwood Landscape Services, you'll play a key role in supporting our continued growth by attracting and hiring top talent. You'll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making offers. Additionally, you'll expand your experience in core HR functions, assisting with onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. This position offers a unique opportunity to build your HR skillset while contributing to the success of a growing company.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in full cycle recruiting for managerial, administrative, and field laborer positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Learn and implement best practices in landscaping recruitment.
• Support benefits orientation, annual open enrollment, and Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) claims.
• Gather information and submit worker’s compensation claims in conjunction with the HR Manager.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives (as assigned).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of recruiting or HR Generalist experience
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• Bilingual English/Spanish, highly preferred

This position is fully in-person. We are near West Love, just north of Downtown Dallas.
