Job Description
After an initial training period, the Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the client's project is set up and maintained according to the project plan.
This can range from reviewing survey set ups to data set ups to reviewing current projects across Press Ganey's Employee Experience products (such as annual engagement surveys for employees and physicians, milestone surveys (onboarding and exit), and self-serve pulse surveys (and future products)).
This position supports teammates working with a range of small to very large clients and both simple and complex projects.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $37,000 to $42,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
