Position: Full-time Service Coordinator
Job Summary: Join the only agency in St. Joseph County focused on youth. Work along experienced, dedicated staff to provide strength-based self-sufficiency case management services to young parents age 16-24. Work in a positive, caring environment where you will be making a difference!
