Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for assisting in overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a leadership role that requires strong managerial skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities:
- Implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for patients
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of nursing staff
- Monitor patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve quality of care
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in complex patient care situations
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and employee satisfaction

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a nurse in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Solid understanding of nursing administration principles
- Ability to collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

Job Type: Part-time/ Full-time

Pay: $43.40 - $46.93 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
