Premium Retail Services is Hiring an Operations Support Center Specialist Near St Louis, MO

- Answer phone calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Document issues with proper grammar and spelling.
- Email internal business partners from Client Accounts, Field Operations, HR, Payroll, I.T., and others with escalation reports.
- Navigate multiple cloud-based applications for functionality and resources.
- Escalate trends to supervisor.
- Perform other duties a required.
- Demonstrate proficiency in typing and navigating multiple browsers.
- Exhibit professional phone etiquette.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a contact center or office setting is required.
- Experience in retail or merchandising is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in an environment where viewing a computer monitor for 100% of the shift is required.
- Must be able to sit for long periods and may need to wear personal protective equipment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
