Utilizing the knowledge and experience of our Operations Support Center, you'll provide exemplary customer service, detail, and precision to both internal and external clients. **What’s in it for you?** A competitive salary with a full benefits package. Analyze compliance reports and provide follow-up to management. Field communication through a variety of mediums. Partner with the Operations Support Center to provide first-call resolution. Assist new employees with onboarding and training. Follow up on requests from the Client Service Teams. Ensure that all work assigned is completed on time and accurately. Support the Field Management Teams with administrative duties when they are in the field. Provide temporary management coverage as needed. **How will you succeed?** Ability to demonstrate project completion in an accurate and timely manner. Convey yourself in a positive, professional manner to our clients, retail partners, and Premium management. Ability to effectively communicate (verbal/written) both internally with all levels of the organization and externally with clients to successfully accomplish objectives. Exhibit skills of a strong team player with a service mindset. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Be results-driven, organized, and flexible. **Experience and Qualifications** Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Prior retail management experience is preferred. Minimum of three years of merchandising and/or assisted sales or training in a retail environment required. Proven track record in leadership, multi-tasking, demand management, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills. Adhere to work schedule: Monday-Friday per normal retail business operations. Evenings and weekends as business needs dictate.
