Premier Product Resourcing, Inc. is searching for an Inside Sales Representative. This is a key position responsible for superior quality customer service and sales support. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written. Must be patient and attentive with exceptional listening skills. Candidate must have excellent organizational skills and time management ability. A friendly disposition and professional behavior in dealing with customers is essential. RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
· Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all internal and external Sales team members
· Answer telephone calls and assist clients with design needs.
· Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence in a timely manner
· Handle orders, complaints, and other inquiries.
· Learn and understand the order process which includes resolution of problem orders in a very timely manner.
· Provide product and pricing information as requested by sales teams or customer
· Performs other duties as assigned
