The primary purpose of your job position is to plan, develop, organize, and direct the overall operations of the Dietary Department in accordance with current and existing Federal, State, and Local standards, as well as our established policies and procedures to ensure that quality food service is provided at all times.

Education and Licensure:

• • Must minimally possess a High School diploma bachelor Preferred
  • Dietary or Food Service management experience in a Long-Term Care setting Required
• Dietary Certification from an accredited program approved by the American Dietetic Association preferred
• • 3 years of Management Experience in long-term, clinical food service, and title 22 regulations.
  • Serve Safe Certification 
• CDM ( Certified Dietary Manager) preferred
