One to three year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Perfect for Restaurant Managers, Chef's, Kitchen Managers, Culinary Managers, Front of House & Back of House Managers, Supermarket Deli Fresh Food Managers, Service Managers, Cafe Managers.

Manage and supervise up to 30 associates in the fast paced Food Service Operation. Responsible the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the operations of the Food Service area. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and standards. Responsibilities may include: performing the duties, preparing fresh foods, interviewing and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; assist in appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
