Preferred Care at Hamilton is accepting applications for a 3-11 Supervisor.

As a Nursing Supervisor you will:

• Oversee Nurses and CNAs to ensure quality care and compliance with policies and mandated regulations.
• Provide professional guidance for nursing personnel, and integrate Nursing Services functions with other departments.
• The Nursing Supervisor will also participate in program development and training for staff and assist with continuing education programs.
• Provides continuing education and staff development opportunities for nursing staff.
• Assesses patient needs; participates in providing nursing care; ensures services are carried out and documented appropriately

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey or compact state nursing license. RN preferred, will consider LPN>
• BCLS and ACLS certification..
• One to two years supervisory/leadership experience.
