Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Available shifts: 3p-11p, 11p-7a

Summary

The RN 3-11 PM Supervisor will be responsible for supervision of the delivery of care to residents. Assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNAs and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.

RN (Registered Nurse) /Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 3-11 PM Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assessments, evaluations, admission assistance
• Provide direction and support to nursing staff
• Meet with patients and family members as needed
• Assist with care as needed
• Covid infection control monitoring
• Assist DON as needed

Requirements/Qualifications of 3-11 PM Nursing Supervisor:

• Valid NJ Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience.
• BLS certification.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills.
