Preferred Care at Hamilton is a rapidly growing company, and we are looking for a Registered Nurse or LPN to join our team on a Per Diem basis.

We are looking for a compassionate, hard-working individual who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure the well-being of our patients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review notes from each patient and collect basic medical information.
• Collect vital signs and record data in the patient's chart.
• Observe patient's condition, including symptoms, condition, symptoms of each disease, and other information.
• Perform treatments as outlined in the patient's chart.
• Update charts as necessary.
• Communicate with supervising physician or nurse practitioner regarding additional procedures or services provided to patients.
• Document patient history and provide detailed report to physician or nurse practitioner.
• Educate patients and their family members on disease prevention and management through education and therapy.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervising physician or nurse practitioner.

Required Skills:

• Current Trenton, NJ Registered Nurse License
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure with good judgment skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment and as an independent contractor self-employed professional.

Pay: $33.00 - $44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
