```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Manage the front desk area, including keeping it clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, and data entry
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate staff member
- Assist with office management duties as needed

```Skills:```
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with front desk reception or customer service roles preferred
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
