Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive services and customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Provide recommendations and guidance on necessary repairs and maintenance
- Schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of work
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure accurate service delivery
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Upsell additional services or products as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in automotive services or related field
- Knowledge of diesel engine repair, mechanical operations, and tire services
- Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain financial records
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in service writing and upselling techniques
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
