Dispatches all service department work to the appropriate qualified technician in an equal and fair manner. Monitors the progress of each repair order and informs the service advisor with efficient communication. Assists in maintaining Hyundai HVX survey scores above company standards. Assists in establishing and overseeing safety standards to ensure compliance with federal,state and local regulations. Understands and assures compliance with Hyundai warranty and policy procedures. Other duties as assigned in working with service manager to ensure technician efficiency and becoming a versatile employee.
Employment Position: Full Time
Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 Yearly
