Monitors the progress of each repair order and communicates to service advisor and or customer about vehicles concerns and needs.
Assists in maintaining and exceeding Hyundai HVX Survey scores for the Service Department.
Understands and ensures compliance with Hyundai warranty and policy procedures.
Oversees the maintenance and updates of the shop's equipment.
Ensures that all technicians receive appropriate Hyundai training as well as service advisors and assists in the development of service employees according to company standards.
Maintains a safe and professional work environment.
Employment Position: Full Time
Salary: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 Yearly
Salary is negotiable.
