We have an amazing team in our Tallahassee orthodontic office, and the only thing missing is---- YOU! We have incredible office hours of 8a-5p Monday-Thursday, closed every weekend and major holidays. Our office also provides PAID days off for all major holidays, paid vacation time, 401K retirement plans, and health/dental/vision/life insurance plans. Continuous education and opportunities for advancement are available.

The ideal dental receptionist candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and highly organized. He or she will take over all front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, answering the phones, addressing patient concerns, collecting copays and past due balances, and providing first in class patient care. A Patient Coordinator needs to have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
