Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and perform various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Provide information to callers or route calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
