We’re seeking an outstanding, experienced Remote Digital Marketing Manager to efficiently manage our on-page and off-page SEO, paid search advertising, email marketing campaigns, local marketing, and website management. You’ll work primarily on our flagship brand, Precision Painting Plus, though you will also handle marketing for other smaller companies we acquire. This involves managing consistent efforts across dozens of service areas.

What you will be doing:

• Oversee core digital marketing efforts for Precision Painting Plus and other smaller businesses
• Execute SEO, SEM, email marketing, and website management
• Manage junior marketers to support you
• Own testing and optimization of internal client websites
• Work with analytics team to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) 
• Plan, execute, and measure ad and landing page experiments when appropriate
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. 
• Manage Pay-Per-Lead platforms to ensure proper services areas and lead gen categories

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing is required
• 2 years of experience as a marketing manager
• 2 years of experience working on a lead generation business
• Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, and email marketing
• Home Services experience is preferred
• Salesforce or similar CRM system experience is preferred
• An eye for visually appealing creative and web design
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage, etc.)
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments (e.g., Optimizely, Optimize, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) 
• Local marketing experience with Groupon, Yelp, and other similar platforms is preferred
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints 
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking 
• Ability to effectively manage ad spend to a budget
