We're seeking an Email Marketing Manager to manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns and marketing automation technology in our agency. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing comprehensive email marketing programs, driving engagement and increasing sales conversion rate through targeted nurture and remarketing efforts via email and SMS. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing and SMS strategies in alignment with client goals and industry best practices
• Plan and implement end-to-end email and SMS campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and analysis of performance metrics; work with content and design specialists for creative components
• Manage and grow email subscriber lists through segmentation, targeting and A/B testing to increase engagement and conversion/sales rates
• Monitor deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics to continuously improve email performance
• Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance campaign efficiency
• Provide regular reports and analysis to clients, highlighting the success and impact of email marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and consistency across all marketing channels
• Conduct regular analysis of email campaign performance, leveraging data insights to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs
• Be an agency expert on email marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to implement innovative strategies

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience 3-5 years in email marketing, preferably within a digital marketing agency or similar environment
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Eloqua, HubSpot, Klaviyo) and marketing automation tools
• Proficiency in SMS marketing platforms and deployment, and in-depth knowledge of TCPA guidelines and regulations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic design principles for email template customization
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
