Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental office setting and possess strong computer literacy skills. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person - Manage the office calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Assist with event planning and coordination - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry - Provide personal assistant support to the office manager as needed - Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary - Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking Requirements: - Previous experience working in a dental office is preferred - Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Previous experience in office management or administrative support roles is a plus - Proficiency in calendar management software is preferred - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Strong written and verbal communication skills This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation.
