We are currently seeking a Program Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The Program Analyst will provide Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case support to the PMA-280 FMS Team. Functional Description: Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under direction of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance. Duties will include, but are not limited to: * Assist in the preparation of funding documents in accordance with applicable funding request forms. * Support organization and preparation of program reviews to access progress and accomplishments * Assist with updating and delivering various reports, to include the following as a minimum: * Meeting agendas and minutes and track issues and action items as required. * Issues and watch items for the FMS Leadership Team. * Briefing materials, acquisition documentation and IGS inputs for FMS integration. * Tracking/Updating financial databases. * Assist with coordinating any acquisition requirements and actions IAW NAVAIR processes. * Other duties as assigned Required Education: BS or BA degree in a business, management or relevant technical discipline. Allowable Substitution: AS or AA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience can be substituted for an BS or BA degree OR an additional six (6) years of experience may be substituted for the BS or BA. Experience: Must have three (3) to ten (10) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management; and must have FMS case support experience. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
