Precise Software Solutions, Inc. is Hiring a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter

Precise Software Solutions (Precise) is looking for an in-house Senior Technical Recruiter who will thrive making a meaningful contribution towards achieving the company’s growth goals and updating our recruiting infrastructure to support those goals. We need an experienced people-person to collaborate with leadership and hiring managers while being the face of the company to prospective candidates. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a quickly growing company. This position may be 100% remote in the U.S., working standard East Coast hours (e.g. 8:30 am - 5:00 pm)

Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure a positive recruitment-to-hire experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage full recruiting cycle from requisition process through hand-off at on-boarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to retrieve and refine all pertinent information.
  • Review, edit and post open positions – expanding our reach on social media and promoting for internal referrals.
  • Screen applicant resumes and present top resumes to hiring managers.
  • Source candidates using various platforms based on your expertise (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, technical sites, professional groups, etc.).
  • Maintain and optimize applicant tracking system for streamlining and compliance.
  • Conduct reference checks and initiate background checks; compose offer letters.
  • Ensure OFCCP and other legal compliance and engage in regular diversity outreach.
  • Work with HR/Operations for proper filing of documents and on-boarding preparation.
  • Work with our immigration coordinator to facilitate sponsorship requirements.
  • Track and report on key metrics and bring your data-driven recruiting to the table.
  • Keep potential candidates “warm” for future roles; build a talent pipeline for critical and hard to fill positions.
  • Create a presence in appropriate networking settings and share networking opportunities with appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Nurture relationships with outside recruiting firms/staffing agencies and work with Senior Contracts Manager as needed on reviewing agreements.
  • Implement continuous process and technical improvements.

Requirements

  • 7 - 10 years of experience hands-on managing the recruiting life cycle with responsibility for ATS documentation, working directly with hiring managers.
  • Proven experience with technical sourcing and other project-related roles (e.g., Software Developers, Cloud related positions, Project Manager, Business Analyst, QA) utilizing creative sourcing techniques – willing to think outside the box.
  • Proven track record of identifying candidates that are a strong match to the requirements.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail and nit-picky about being organized.
  • Hungry to learn with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Experience with all the bells and whistles offered by an applicant tracking system.
