**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Group Manager to oversee our care operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dementia care, medication administration, and social work, with proven leadership skills in assisted living and memory care settings. **Duties:** - Supervise and lead a team of caregivers to ensure high-quality care services are provided - Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility, including staff scheduling and resident care plans - Implement and maintain protocols for medication administration and adherence to care standards - Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and residents to provide comprehensive care - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care programs and make necessary adjustments - Handle administrative tasks related to budgeting, reporting, and compliance with regulations **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - Proven experience in dementia care, memory care, home care, or assisted living - Strong background in operations management and leadership roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and problem-solve effectively Join our team as a Group Manager to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents while leading a dedicated team of caregivers.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
