Everytime Home Care is looking for Registered Nurses to do daily visits within client homes in the Minneapolis and surrounding areas. • Promote and maintain health of individuals, families and the community through teaching, counseling and appropriate preventive and rehabilitative measures.
• Identify patients who have physical and emotional illnesses and /or disabilities through observation and analysis of records and help families secure appropriate medical, hospital or other needed care.
• Provide skilled nursing care to patients.
• Carry out prescribed treatment to patients in their homes and other community settings.
• Demonstrate, teach and supervise care to patients and families.
• Supervise L.P.N.’s and / or Home Health Aides. Develop and interpret care plans to such personnel.
• Record observations, treatments given and other significant information. Maintain adequate records which reflect all aspects of patient care at all times.
• Rotate weekend visit responsibility: At least one weekend a month.
• Rotate one major and one minor holiday visit responsibility per year.
• Consult about individual or family health problems with other professionals, such as physicians, dietitians, social workers and therapists.
• Promote continuity of patient care by planning and exchanging information with physicians and other health and social agencies.
• Carry out the policies of Everytime Home Care.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
