Responsibilities:

• Generate customer interest and surpass sales objectives.
• Provide detailed property assessments for the client.
• Efficiently manage restoration projects from start to finish.
• Maintain transparent communication, ensuring all agreements are signed with ECS.
• Submit signed paperwork and checklists promptly for production processing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-ups with homeowners.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Experience in home improvement sales or a related field is preferred.
• Must be comfortable conducting property inspections and providing scope assessments.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
