· Review and enter sales orders

· Review and enter quotes in ERP system

· Basic filing and organization of paperwork

· Answer phones and direct calls and emails from customers and suppliers to appropriate personnel

· Experience with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.)

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· 1-2 years office experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
