Purchase necessary materials, services and supplies needed to run the operation while ensuring the company receives the best overall value.
This job includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:
- Evaluate material requirements for active jobs.
- Purchase all raw material for jobs.
- Manage inventory levels by ensuring timely supply of raw materials.
- Prepare and order vendor quotations & sub-contract purchases.
- Maintain approved vendor list.
- Customer & vendor service.
- Assist office manager.
Education - Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- JobBOSS knowledge preferred.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office.
