An Ashland based engineering company has an immediate opening for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to manage all aspects of their financial operations. Reporting directly to the president, this position will be responsible for performing bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks Enterprise Edition, handling accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, managing customer invoicing, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, remitting monthly sales taxes, and fulfilling periodic government filings. Additionally, this role will involve human resource functions such as onboarding new staff and acting as a company liaison for payroll and benefits information for approximately 70 current employees.
