Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand our business model and focus to develop short and long term sales strategies.
- Assist customers in selecting a generator or service plan that best fits their requirements.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with internal team members to achieve team targets and individual goals.
Qualifications:
- Some outside sale
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Enthusiastic about learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Goal-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Identify and target potential customers in the market
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
```Experience```
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a technical sales or business development role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Pay: $72,766.00 - $80,923.00 per year
Compensation package:
