Job Summary
Royal Moore Toyota is searching for an experienced Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing organization in Hillsboro, Oregon. The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter with excellent customer service skills and a passion for building relationships in the auto industry.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this full-time position is $65,000 to $110,000 per year, paid semimonthly. Additional benefits include healthcare, vacation and sick leave, and 401K retirement Plan.
Responsibilities
• Greet customers and discuss automotive sales opportunities in detail
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and provide the highest level of customer service
• Accurately assess customer needs and create solutions to meet those needs
• Negotiate deals with customers and close sales
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Educate customers about vehicle features, warranties, and financing options
• Generate sales reports and analyze sales trends
• Remain knowledgeable of industry news and trends and use that knowledge to promote the dealership
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year, successful sales experience.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to close sales
• Proficient knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
• Knowledge of dealership processes and procedures
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
