Description

Provide expert technical services in architecting, designing, implementing, supporting, deploying, and providing governance oversight for an enterprise collaboration solution based on Microsoft SharePoint Online, Windows SharePoint Services, Dataverse, MS Power Platform, and Microsoft SQL server. 

Provide SharePoint Administration providing Tier2 support for sites and limited development of common SharePoint sites.

Provide SharePoint operational support services - technical services, implementing, deploying, and supporting SharePoint Online sites under the Enterprise Collaboration Infrastructure Services.

Manage, maintain, and provide system enhancement guidance to ensure the service is scalable, reliable, and secure supporting a user base in an enterprise environment for a federal customer.

Support migration of on-premise data (file shares) to SPO sites.

Develop plans for the configuration and deployment of SharePoint Online Collaboration sites, to ensure long term strategic growth, secure collaborations with internal/external parties, and management of resources. 

Manage solutions for automating site, group, and team management, as well as develop reporting capabilities for evaluating security audit, permissions allocation, and storage usage within the SPO environment. 

Implement SharePoint Collaboration . 

Test solution as designed and implemented. This testing is intended to ensure the requirements are met and the solution is performing as intended. 

Support migration of on-premise data (file shares) to SPO sites. 

Provide training for administrators and end users. 

Requirements

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university or the equivalent experience (six years’ experience and high school diploma) in network engineering.
Experience Requirements
Knowledge of increasingly complex and progressive experience in Microsoft Cloud solutions.
Experience supporting and configuring Microsoft enterprise environments
Seven years of progressive experience in SharePoint Administration - SharePoint Online, Dataverse, MS Power Platform, and Microsoft SQL server.
Microsoft Office desktop application integration with SharePoint
Knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework and ASP.NET is a plus.
Excellent problem management and troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve SharePoint and web service related problems
