Required Skills:
Shall have a combined five years’ experience in the following: providing SharePoint administration, including design, implementation, support and integration; web/portal structure and design, development, content management; and user experience interface design and navigation.

Desired Skills:
One or more years of Experience with knowledge management tools and DoD knowledge management requirements.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or web design is required.GridironIT is seeking a SharePoint Administrator local to the DC area.
TS/SCI clearance is required.

The Contractor shall provide support required to implement and oversee OSI&A’s SharePoint platform and
knowledge management plan. The support activities include:Provide basic site design and administration services including planning, designing, testing, and
implementing static and dynamic pages, sites, web parts, web applications and associated content.
Maintain OSI&A’s SharePoint presence on unclassified and classified networks.
Support content classification using managed metadata, knowledge browsing, navigation, and search[1]driven content discovery.
Create and manage subsites, lists, and libraries to define the taxonomy and structure of the data stored
within the site.
Serve as the entry point for access to OSI&A’s SharePoint sites on all networks.
Perform knowledge management administration actions required to support the creation, sharing, and
day-to-day management of information throughout OSI&A.
Support knowledge management modernization efforts transitioning legacy knowledge management
information repositories to cloud-based solutions.
Provide technical and administrative support to OSI&A’s manual and automated knowledge
management processes.
Administer OSI&A’s knowledge management resources to facilitate efficient sharing of information
with internal and external customers.
Maintain accountability of files in the office, both in electronic and in paper form. The files should be
readily accessible whenever the need arises to find historical documents.
