We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking and dining experience.

Must be available: Wednesday 4:00pm, Thursday 4:00pm, Sunday 4:00pm.

Duties

• Bartend & provide exceptional customer service to guests within the bar by providing drinks and food orders.
• Prepare drinks for our guests and servers in a timely manner.
• Maintain bar area stocked and clean. Display a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Able to know and promote bar items, all food menu items, and any on-going promotions.Taking accurate orders of food and beverage while giving attentive, revenue-generating suggestions.
• Be able to provide professional and friendly dining experience to ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
• Must be able to work various shifts, weekends and holidays. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player attitude.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Computer literacy, POS systems
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Valid Foodhander's certificate
• Valid RBS Certification
• At least 21 Years of age

Pay: $16.50 per hour
