Job PurposeThe Regional Vice President of Sales will develop a pipeline of new clients through direct and indirect customer contact and prospecting with follow-up on leads to identify business opportunities. The position is responsible for making initial contacts and developing relationships with prospective clients that grow into business opportunities. Networking and developing contacts across the community for opportunities is an important part of this position. This role will also provide support to our Enterprise and B2B sales teams.
Essential Job Functions
  • Develop and execute the company regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets in alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Provide regular forecast updates on sales pipeline performance and expected sales outcomes.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company's regional presence.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent and effective communication within the company sales team and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and customer support teams.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and financial targets to assess performance and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the regional sales team.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen the brand's presence and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Requires travel to networking, prospect, and client locations.
  • Manage confidential information.
  • Regular and consistent attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsExperience/Education/Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) preferred.
  • 5 years of progressive experience in enterprise sales roles, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding and proven experience with, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of the sales performance industry and understanding of regional market dynamics.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Proven ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Well versed in CRM applications (Salesforce or equivalent) and sales automation tools.
  • Proven enhanced attention to detail, strong organizational skills and follow-through are required.
  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills; proven ability to work unsupervised.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Windows and Office environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and standard office equipment.
  • Experience with online meeting presentation software such as Microsoft Teams, WebEx or Zoom.

Work Environment
  • Requires working indoors in environmentally controlled conditions. Job tasks may be performed in close physical proximity to other people. The noise level in the work environment varies and can be considered moderate.
Salary Description: $100,000 - $140,000
