About the Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team in Peachtree Corners. The ideal candidate possesses 4- 6 years of generalist experience and wants to grow, collaborate, and innovate. The preferred candidate will also be PHR/SHRM-CP certified. We are seeking someone who can be an independent self-starter. Note that they preferred candidate must have multi-state payroll administration experience, including California.

Experience and Qualifications

• Coordinate and facilitate open enrollment processes.
• Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, preparing invoices for payment and communicating benefit information to employees.
• Processes new hires paperwork (including background check) and meets with new employees to review paperwork and answer questions; as well assists in the on-going orientation of new hires.
• Files EEO-1 report annually, maintain other records, reports logs to conform to EEO regulations.
• Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports with the database.
• PHR/SHRM-CP Certified a plus
• Multi-state payroll administration experience, including California
• Experience in fast paced Mid-Size to Large
• 4-6 years of related experience
• Experience in Government Compliance with all federal state, local laws and regulations. (VETs, EEO, 1095)
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
• Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
• Demonstrated experience to HR Projects
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to support HR initiatives.
• Detailed Oriented
• Preferred Experience in Workday
• Must be able to work in Office (M-F)
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Proficient in MS Office

Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. Additional cash incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on position offered.
