HR Administrator - On site Open due to Growth Excellent Company Culture
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an HR Administrator and work in other areas as needed. this will include Analytics with Overflow Accounting Responsibilities. This position is on site (Norcross) which requires the successful candidate to handle various HR and data analysis tasks, along with providing support to our accounting team when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and data analysis to identify trends and provide insights to management.
  • Develop and manage various HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll and benefits administration, including employee inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries as needed.
  • Manage the company's data analytics, including creating and maintaining various dashboards, reporting on KPIs, and monitoring company performance.
  • Provide support to the accounting team during peak periods or when additional resources are needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and Data Analytics, with exposure to accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret data and provide recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
