This is a 1099 role

Hours: 11am-7pm EST Saturday and Sunday

Hourly pay: $25-$30

Location: Remote work

Job Description:As a Sales Admin Support at Pompa Program, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring seamless operations within the sales department. You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing sales-related documentation, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
• High speed internet and laptop or desktop computer
• Familiarity with CRM software HubSpot.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in business administration or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.

Job Duties:

• Using sales systems (CRM, etc.) to assist sales reps
• Providing backup for payment support
• Help guide sales reps to location of information
• Coordinating communication between sales reps and clients
