Job Responsibilities:

• Manage "Program" business for Strategic National Accounts as assigned
• Ensure compliance of Fleet Programs at Pomp's locations and customer terminals
• Assist the Fleets in managing expectations per each fleet's metrics for measuring tire cost
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and regional managers with each assigned fleet
• Work closely with all Pomp's locations providing products and services to Fleets within an assigned geographic area
• Increase sales opportunities within assigned fleets
• Make "Cold-Calls" to other Fleets in assigned area, as required, to increase market share
• Manage data collection activities for assigned fleets, including, but not limited to, Fleet Surveys, Out of Service Tire Analysis, In Service Tire inspections, and mileage and tread depth information

Work Environment:

• Majority of time is spent traveling to and being on customer premises, indoors and outdoors
• Traveling in company-owned vehicle in a variety of weather conditions

Job Requirements:

• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain driving record to Pomp's standards
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Proficiency with MaddenCo and BASys for sales and manufacturing reports, or willingness to learn
• Ability to regularly lift, push, or move 25 pounds; occasionally lift, push, or move 75 pounds
• Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to confidentiality
• Occasional overnight travel
