Job Title: Business Development - HVAC Maintenance Contracts

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Summary: This Business Development position specializes in identifying, qualifying and closing new preventative maintenance business opportunities. (HVAC Maintenance Service Contracts)

  • Identify, qualify, and close business opportunities in company coverage area
  • Follow up on business leads
  • Establish long-term, on-going relationships with clients
  • Increase presence in existing accounts
  • Meeting established revenue and profit goals as defined in the Service Sales Commission Plan
  • Prepare and present client proposals
  • Utilize job site walks to acquire HVAC unit information for qualified opportunity
  • Representative will cultivate new relationships both externally and internally through professional behavior
