As an Assistant Sales Representative, you will serve as the vital link between our customers, sales team, and production team. Your role will involve facilitating seamless communication and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests
• Coordinate and communicate effectively between customers, the sales team, and the production team
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding product availability, order status, and delivery schedules
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, striving for complete satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and achieve seamless order fulfillment
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to enhance customer experience
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers

Duties:

•  Handle customer correspondence through phone calls and emails
•  Facilitate communication with the production team (in-person, phone, email, two-way radio)
•  Input and prepare quotes, work orders, and purchase orders
•  Provide timely feedback on open orders
•  Assist in managing new customer projects
•  Meet deadlines efficiently
•  Provide office support for sales staff and house accounts
•  Interact with customers and vendors via incoming telephone calls
•  Participate in monthly physical inventory
•  Perform miscellaneous paperwork and filing tasks
•  Assist the shipping/receiving department as required
•  Support plant and office personnel as needed
•  Maintain a neat and organized workplace
•  Handle special assignments as requested

Requirements:

•  Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Two years of college preferred)
•  Experience: Two years of sales and/or customer service experience in the Production on Manufacturing industry
•  Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
•  Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
•  Highly organized and detail-oriented

•  Adobe Illustrator experience is preferred
