We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Replenishment Specialist to join our dynamic Procurement team at Poly Print, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels of critical raw materials and ensuring the seamless flow of materials for our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, ensuring data integrity.

- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile variances.

- Implement strategies to minimize excess stock and avoid shortages.

- Develop and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes.

- Identify and implement efficiency improvements in inventory management.

- Work closely with suppliers to forecast demand and plan replenishment orders.

- Monitor lead times and adjust reorder points to prevent stockouts.

- Utilize inventory management software to optimize reorder quantities.

- Utilize data analysis tools to generate reports on inventory performance.

- Analyze trends and provide insights to improve decision-making.

- Communicate key performance indicators to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product specifications are met.

- Implement measures to identify and rectify discrepancies in inventory records.

- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with inventory control standards.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience in inventory control within a manufacturing environment.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.

- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.

- Proficiency using Microsoft

Key Competencies:

- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory records.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary Range - $18 - 25/hr
